The least we can do

I am always amazed, humbled and grateful when a group of people sit for over an hour and listen to stories about what we do. I am a fairly good storyteller, but it is the stories themselves that hold their attention.

Please, try to remember that what we do matters, people look up to us, depend on us and need for people like us to be as good as we can be.

It’s the least we can do. Responding to other people’s emergencies is a privelege few will know. Try not to squander the opportunity, because  it doesn’t last forever.
